Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Drel iOS app, the official Drel push service, and related websites.

Plain-language summary

Drel delivers notifications and opens HTTPS destinations that you choose. Use it only with pages and content that you own, operate, or are authorized to access. Drel does not provide an app store, public content catalog, or third-party content feed.

1. Acceptance

By using Drel, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Drel or the official push service.

2. What Drel provides

Drel is a developer utility for receiving push notifications and opening an HTTPS destination after you tap a notification. The first App Store release does not expose native Bridge capabilities to remote pages and does not install or distribute web applications.

3. Your URLs and content

You may use Drel only to send, display, or open notifications, URLs, pages, and other content that you own, operate, or are legally authorized to use.

You are responsible for the content you send through Drel, the destinations you open, and compliance with the destination service's terms, intellectual-property rules, privacy requirements, and applicable laws.

Drel does not select, catalog, host, sell, distribute, endorse, or grant rights to third-party web content. A link opening in Drel does not make that content part of Drel and does not transfer any rights in it.

4. Prohibited use

Do not use Drel to send spam, impersonate another person, distribute malware, evade access controls, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, harass others, or perform illegal or unauthorized activity.

Do not place passwords, private keys, authentication tokens, financial information, medical information, or other highly sensitive data in notification titles, bodies, routes, or URLs.

5. Push address and service security

Your Drel push address can be used to send notifications to your installation. Keep it within systems and people you trust. If you believe it has been exposed or abused, stop using it and contact support.

You may not interfere with the service, probe it without authorization, overload it, or attempt to access another user's notifications or delivery identity.

6. Third-party services

Drel relies on services such as Apple Push Notification service and may open independently operated websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Drel is not responsible for third-party services or content.

7. Intellectual property and open source

Drel's product name, branding, website, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. WebBridgeKit and other open-source components remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.

These terms do not give Drel ownership of your notification content or your webpages.

8. Availability and changes

The official service may be changed, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation. Features may change between releases.

9. Disclaimer

Drel is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, permanent retention, compatibility with every website, or suitability for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or other high-risk use.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Drel evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
